Maple Tree
Sienna Glenn Maple
Acer saccharinum 'Sienna Glen'
$225-$400 for 1.75"-3.5" caliper B&B; park grade $75-$200
Sienna Glenn tends to run more cold-hardy than other maple cultivars. At maturity it features a pyramidal form with nicely uniform branching, reaching around 55 feet tall and 35 feet wide with 2-3 feet of growth a year.
Showy red flowers line the branches each spring before the leaves appear, and the foliage turns a striking yellow, orange, and burgundy in fall. It’s an adaptable tree that tolerates moderately wet and dry conditions and shows good disease and mildew resistance, a reliable choice for its hardiness, adaptability, and low maintenance.
