Photography Requests
The only location available this year for photo sessions is the Clear Lake farm. We don't charge a fee for the use of the farm; in exchange, we ask that you tag us in any social media photos, or share a few high-resolution digital photos of the farm and trees that we can use in our own advertising.
Rules & Regulations
- Complete the Photo Session Request form before your visit.
- Stop at the office and notify staff that you're on the farm; you may get additional directions at that time.
- Absolutely no blocking roads or impeding traffic flow.
- Be respectful of the customers who are here to cut trees.
- Setting up and taking down props is included in your session time. Plan to be on site no more than 15 minutes before or after your scheduled slot.
- If you plan to use a vehicle as a prop, get permission before booking.
- Stay within the area indicated for your use by B&J Evergreen staff. Don't enter any roped, gated, or barricaded areas.
- You're responsible for coordinating with your clients on where and how to find each other, and for making sure they follow the farm's rules too.
- A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required. If you're not sure how to obtain one, contact your insurance agent.

How to Schedule a Photo Session
- Complete the request: PDF Form.
- Return the completed form along with your Certificate of Insurance, as instructed on the form.
- Submit your request by November 15th. You'll get an email once it's been received and approved. Sessions are booked first come, first served, spots are limited, and requests are only considered when all information is included.
